A 50% deposit is required for new clients to reserve appointments.
This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment.
In the event of a cancellation, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
*A credit card on file or deposit will be needed to confirm appointments, otherwise appointment will be forfeited.
Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist’s schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This 24 hour courtesy notification enables us to schedule other clients, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and other salon guests.
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) or despot is forfeited.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount or deposit is forfeited.
No future bookings will be allowed if there is an outstanding balance of fees
To ensure timely service to our guests, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment in the event you are running late. Full payment will still be required.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time, the appointment is considered a missed appointment or "NO SHOW" and 100% of service is required before booking your next appointment.
Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.
Although all services are non-refundable, we make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at LuxeCherie Lashes.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
LuxeCherie Lashes gladly accepts Cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay as a preferred payment. Visa, Mastercard and Amex is also accepted.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated, but may not be added to your credit card and must be as cash, Venmo or Apple Pay.
To create a safe environment for us and our clients:
